Sometimes weekly therapy isn’t enough. When we carry deep wounds of attachment or trauma, we may need more space and depth to reconnect, reprocess, and find lasting shifts. That’s where Therapeutic Intensives come in.
An intensive is a focused, extended therapy session designed to help you go deeper, faster. Instead of spreading our work out week by week, we create a 3–6 hour container (in a single day or spread across several days in a week) to immerse ourselves in healing. This format allows for:
