As an experienced IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapist, I have cultivated a profound journey in the field, beginning with my Level 1 graduation in 2015. My dedication to this transformative approach has seen me complete Level 3 training and earn the esteemed title of Approved IFS Clinical Consultant as recognized by the IFSI board. In my role as a Supervisor, I have the privilege of guiding individuals at various stages of their IFS journey, whether they have completed their formal training or are still navigating their path.
My practice is deeply rooted in the exploration of my own internal parts, acknowledging the intricate ways they interact with others. I hold a steadfast belief in our interconnectedness and the continuous learning we share with one another. Supervision, to me, is a sacred space where I am honored to both impart wisdom and gain insights from those I support. It is a dynamic process where I encourage the taking of personal U-Turns—moments of introspection and growth—while also being a steadfast ally in the personal and professional development of others.
In every interaction, I strive to foster an environment of mutual respect and understanding, recognizing that each encounter is an opportunity for shared learning and discovery. My commitment to this journey is unwavering, as I guide others with empathy and insight, and remain ever open to the lessons they, too, bring into my life.
"Working with Danielle feels like entering an open, warm, and expansive space where I can get to know myself on a deeper level and therefore access my own Self more readily in a way that also benefits my clients. She has so much presence, compassion, and curiosity that integrating it into my own system becomes seamless. Working with her has increased my skills with creating a truly healing space. I would highly recommend working with her!"
