I am a devoted to holistic psychotherapist that believes in heart-centered healing. I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from Simmons College, along with degrees in Exercise Science and Health Psychology. Since 1999, I have been integrating mind-body practices to enhance mental health.

Licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Florida, I specialize in IFS Therapy, Somatic IFS, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. My training at the IPI Integrative Psychiatry Institute has deepened my expertise in psychedelic-assisted therapy, fostering a more integrative approach to healing.
