- Co-Regulation within (Self to Parts)- Attachment Theory
- How the body hold memory that the brain forgets (“the issues are in the tissues”).
- Neuroplasticity and rewiring
- What is the Window of Tolerance
- Polyvagal theory and the importance of regulating

Welcome to the IFS Somatic Co-Regulation Group. I’m so glad to have you all here for the next 4 weeks (6 hours of group work together) as we learn about the Nervous System, Somatic Regulation, Trauma and how it effects our brains and bodies and how to help the “parts’ of us through a blend of exercises. Each week we will learn about a model/theory together and then utilize that model in practice. This group is going to be a blend of learning and practice as we begin to learn how to co- regulate and heal from our wounds.
